FTC TEC Network!  is networking resource specifically for FIRST Tech Challenge teams with current news and information about how you can easily connect with other teams on a variety of topics.  

Renaissance Robotics is actively involved in this networking community. Both on the discussion forum and as hosts on a variety of google hangouts on various topics.

We encourage ALL teams to join and share their knowledge with this great Peer to Peer training resource.

    • FTC Pit Planning -  Hosting with RoboSharks 4461 from Palacios, Texas!  Information on how to plan for your pit from theme, set-up, tear-down and everything in between. You can see pictures of our booths at various events on our pit planning page.

    • How To Have A Successful Outreach Event - Ever been nervous when having to communicate with strangers at an outreach event? This hangout will hopefully help you know exactly what to say. Renaissance Robotics earned the recognition "Florida FIRST Showcase Team" for our outreach efforts.

    • Scouting - Tips on scouting so you can be better informed on your allies and opponents. Local teams can take advantage of our scouting worksheets which are customized for each event in our league and The Plaid Alliance information we compile for all of Florida.

    • Tips For The Judges Interview - Tips for the judges' interview to help you increase your score will be covered. After the Judges Interview, teams want to fill out the Team Judging Session Self Reflection Sheet provided by FIRST. Renaissance Robotics has always done a "post mortem" session of all our events, where we discuss what worked and what didn't; this helps us reflect and improve. "Win or Learn".
